Helprace Gets New Menu for Easy Navigation
This past week, we made steady progress with updating the classic menu bar that’s been with us since the beginning of our customer service software. We moved it to the side and made commands simpler and more intuitive with icons.
Commands where you can see them
View your profile
Keep track of your recent ticketing activity, community or knowledge base contributions. You can add notes or edit your profile information, too.
Quickly add new items
Composing a new ticket, topic or knowledge base article couldn’t be easier. Just point to the “+” icon to add an appropriate item. You can add new users this way, too!
Adjust tags, macros and spaces
You can quickly call up tags, macros and control spaces with a single click, regardless of where you are in the interface. Call up the right report page with a single click, as well.
Head to the User Portal
We moved the User Portal button where it’s more visible, so you can easily move back and forth between the admin panel and user area.
Easier on smaller screens
The menu isn’t cluttering valuable real estate up top, making Helprace easier to use on smaller mobile screens.
